The patient appears to be sensitive to light and also complains of neck stiffness. On further questioning, the patient describes a history of recurrent lower back pain.

4. A 12 year old male presents with headache, photophobia, sore throat and abdominal pain after returning from Cyprus during summer holidays. Lumbar puncture reveals a clear CSF.

5. A 40 year old cricket umpire presents to A & E with a mild headache after being hit in the head with a ball. The patient becomes increasingly drowsy and suffers a seizure.
